This is a unique electronic banking service that updates clients on all account transactions via emails and SMS.

This service is aimed at keeping accountholders updated on their account. Alerts are sent to clients through their phone or emails or both. The service includes:

  • Notifications on cash deposits.
  • Notifications on bill payments.
  • Notifications on cheque deposits.
  • Notifications on cash withdrawals.
  • Notifications on returned cheques.
  • Notifications on cheque withdrawals.
  • Account statements are sent to clients on a monthly basis.
  • Notifications if overdraft limit is exceeded.
  • Notifications on Internet Banking transfers.
  • Notifications on loan repayments (five (5) days advance notice).
  • This is an automatic registration for all corporate accountholders
