Company Limited by Guarantee

• Fully completed Current Account Opening Form.
• Minimum initial deposit of GHS 200.00 to activate the account.
• Valid national IDs (Passport, Voter’s ID, Driver’s License, or National ID) for all signatories.
• Two passport-sized photos for each signatory.
• Digital address of your business premises and residence for verification purposes.
• A utility bill to confirm your place of business or residence.
• Valid business registration documents, including certificates and any required licenses.

Partnerships:

• Certified copies of the Partnership Deed and Certificate of Registration
• Auditors’ introductory letter
• Resolutions on account conduct and signatories (on company letterhead)
• Proof of residential address for each partner (if partners aren’t Ghanaian)
• Valid ID and passport photo for each partner/signatory
• Initial deposit

Sole Proprietorship:

• Certified copies of Form A and Certificate of Registration
• Proof of residential address (if owner isn’t a Ghanaian)
• Valid ID and passport photo of the proprietor
• Current registration documents from the Registrar General’s Department
• Initial deposit

Associations:

• Certified copies of the association’s regulations and registration certificate (if applicable)
• Resolutions on account conduct and signatories (on association letterhead)
• Valid ID and passport photo of all executives and signatories
• Proof of residential address (if executives aren’t Ghanaian)
