Eric Nana Ekow Otoo is a seasoned business leader, private equity executive, and corporate transformation specialist
with more than two decades of international experience across Africa and the United States.
He is the Founding Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Ghana Amalgamated Trust (GAT), where he
led the establishment of the institution and supported major financial sector stabilisation initiatives, including the
development of a US$500 million Government of Ghana and World Bank-backed financial sector stabilisation
framework.
Eric previously held senior roles at Duet Private Equity, Diageo/Guinness Ghana Breweries, McKinsey & Company,
Goldman Sachs, and Towers Watson, bringing extensive expertise in strategy, investments, mergers and acquisitions,
governance, and financial analysis.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with academic honours in Computer Science and Economics from Grinnell
College, lowa, USA.
