CalBank PLC has held its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, 25th March 2026, bringing together shareholders, the Board of Directors, and Management in a hybrid session at the Bank’s Head Office in Accra, with additional participation via virtual platforms.
The meeting, which commenced at 10:00 a.m., provided a comprehensive review of the Bank’s performance for the 2025 financial year and served as a key forum for shareholder engagement and corporate governance.
