Eligibility

  • Organization must be registered with the Registrar General
Corporate Current Account

Requirement

  • Company Registration Documents: Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate to Commence Business, and Regulations/Articles of Association.
  • Company Forms: Forms 3 & 4 (Return of Particulars).
  • Board Resolution: A formal resolution from the company directors authorizing the account opening.
  • Identity Documents: Valid National ID (Ghana Card) for all directors and authorized signatories.
  • Photographs: Two recent passport-sized photos for each signatory.
  • Proof of Address: Recent utility bill (not older than 3-6 months), tenancy agreement, or site plan.
  • Other Documents: Tax Identification Number (TIN) for the company and signatories, Tax Certificate, and sometimes a search report. 
Other Requirements
  • Initial Deposit: GHS 500
  • Signatures & Seals: Specimen signatures of authorized signatories and the company seal/stamp.
  • Introduction/Reference: Letter of introduction from a bank or reputable company.
  • Resident Permit: For non-Ghanaian signatories.
