We hereby announce in the mutual interest of CalBank PLC (the Bank) and the respective underlisted Entities, as well as in the interest of the general public, that the subscription of the underlisted Entities to CalBank’s Agent Banking Platform has been temporarily suspended with effect from August 1, 2022 until further notice. The Entities shall therefore not offer agent banking services to the public for or on behalf CalBank PLC with effect from August 1, 2022. The general public are hereby notified not to transact any agent banking business in the name of CalBank PLC with these Entities until further notice. Anyone who transacts business with these Entities in the name of CalBank PLC does so without any liability or reference to the Bank.
