CalBank PLC wishes to notify the general public and its cherished customers that in accordance with section 143 of the Banks And Specialised Deposit-taking Institutions Act, 2016 (Act 930), accounts held at the bank which have not been operated in the last five (5) years have been classified as dormant.

The affected customers or their legal representatives are hereby requested to contact the nearest CalBank branch or call 0800 500 500 within two (2) weeks from this date of publication to reactivate their accounts. The affected accounts, shall thereafter have their balances transferred to the Bank of Ghana if not reactivated in accordance with the Banks And Specialised Deposit-taking Institutions Act.
