CalBank PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Professor Samuel Agyei-Ampomah and Mr. Eric Nana Otoo as Non-Executive Directors of the Bank, following approval by the Bank of Ghana.
The appointments will be presented to shareholders for ratification at the Bank’s next Annual General Meeting, in accordance with applicable regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
The two accomplished professionals bring extensive experience across finance, investment management, corporate governance, academia, and business leadership.
