The distribution of this domestic bond programme circular (hereinafter “the programme circular”) and the offering, sale and delivery of notes may be restricted by law in certain jurisdictions. No action has been taken by the Republic of Ghana, or the bond market specialists that would permit a public offer of notes or the distribution of this programme circular or any other offering material relating to the notes in any jurisdiction other than the Republic of Ghana where action for that purpose is required.
